As tomorrow dawns, excitement has begun to peak around an announcement being made by search giant Google surrounding its Android mobile operating system, with the almost certain aarrival of a ‘Google Phone’. Telstra has just announced that it has begun testing of the new HSPA+ Dual Carrier technology outside of vendor labs, and says it is reaching an average of 36Mbps in download speeds across its closed test network.
