Samsung says it is “pleased” with the result of a decision by the Australian Federal Court which has seen the temporary injunction on the company’s Galaxy Tab 10.1 lifted immediately.

Samsung has hit back at Apple’s Australian subsidiary in court, today filing preliminary injunction motions against the company with the hopes of pausing the sale of its latest hit the iPhone 4S.

Samsung and Apple returned to the Australian Federal court today in the patent battle surrounding Samsung’s Galaxy Tab device.
