Apple has this morning made a shock announcement that CEO Steve Jobs will be stepping down from his role as Chief Executive Officer immediately, with Tim Cook set to replace him in his former position.

Optus has today confirmed it’ll undertake a number of steps to revamp its telemarketing program, following an Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) investigation which found the company had “inadequate telemarketing compliance systems.”
